Sintel is incorporated with an aim of integrating Government policies with latest technologies in skill development sector of India. We are focused in not only empowering the youth to provide them skills to earn their livelihood but also to address the need of the industry to have skilled manpower. Our model is based on analysis of the industry requirement, mapping the skill gap, creating art of living center, providing technology based training to the youth based on government norms and placing them so that they can earn their living as well as can become a strong support for their family. Apart from providing the unemployed youth a platform to learn and earn we also look forward to impart re-skilling and up skilling of people already in job, skilling of trainers, skilling for entrepreneur, skilling for school and college students, life skill training, etc. Our scope of work extent not just to provide training and placement to the candidates but to provide quality training to them to ensure their future career growth. To us quality training means increasing their technical skills, soft skills, life skills and digital skills so that they can retain in their jobs and also progress in their career.
